We use THERMEX patented process for manufacture of TMT Bars, This is a German process, which is renowned worldwide. We manufacture Grade Fe 415 and Fe 500 TMT Bars conforming to IS 1786 of Bureau of Indian Standards and also Flats, Squares and Rounds confirming to IS 2062 of Bureau of Indian Standards.

Fe 415:

TMT FE 415 Rebars are high strength reinforcement bars ideal for Schools,Warehouses,Office Buildings,Bridges,Dams and Power Plants. Thus FE 415 features high strength which suffers no loss even at High Temperatures and Unique combination of strength,ductility and stress ratio enables these bars to be fire sesmic resistant.

Fe 500:

TMT FE 500 rebars are super Quality special Grade rebars with an increased tensil strength than FE 415 grade.These are ideal for mega structures like flyovers,high rises,power plants,dams.these bars are specially created for high strength applications where high yield strength is required without compromising on elongation properties. Due to presence of high manganese and good chemical composition,it ensures high durablity and bendability.

Thermex TMT Bars are much superior to conventional TMT Steel by virtue to their various engineering properties. Extra elongation and tensil strength compared to BIS and ordinary TMT Bars in market. It ensures 15% savings in steel consumption. Very competitive in price compared to quality TMT Bars available in market. Due to thermo mechanical treatment,through German technology based Thermex Process it is highly rust and corrosion resistant and best for humid and coastal areas.

At Multi Steel Industries, We have a full fledged chemical and physical testing lab. We carry out chemical and physical tests for our products. We use spectrometer for verifying chemical compositions of Raw materials before issuing them for production and Universal Testing Machine(UTM) and other equipments are used to carry out physical testing of our finished products. These tests enable us to deliver consistent quality to our customers.
